Who is responsible for customer service and returns?
As the reseller, you remain the main point of contact for your end customer.
The way returns and order issues are handled depends on whether you use Droppery Selective or Droppery Markets.
Droppery Selective
Returns and after-sales issues are handled directly with the relevant supplier, according to the supplier's own return policy and conditions.
Always check the supplier's rules before confirming a return or solution to your customer.
Droppery Markets
For Droppery Markets orders, you are responsible for managing the return process and communication with your customer.
Droppery Care
If you use Droppery Care, Droppery can take over the follow-up of order-related issues such as:
- Damaged products
- Lost parcels
- Supplier communication
- Other order-related problems
