What happens after a customer places an order?

Once a customer places and pays for an order in your webshop, the order is transferred to Droppery.
Droppery sends the necessary order information to the relevant supplier, including the ordered products and shipping details.
The supplier then prepares and ships the order directly to your customer.
Once tracking information becomes available, Droppery can synchronize it back to your webshop.
