Order Statuses Explained
1 min read · Updated 21 Oct 2026
As your orders move through the fulfilment process, different statuses may appear in Droppery. Below you can find the meaning of each status.
Not shipped: The order has been received but has not yet been processed or shipped by the supplier.
In progress: The supplier is currently processing the order. This may include preparing the products, checking stock, or arranging shipment.
Shipped: The order has been dispatched by the supplier and is on its way to the customer. A Track & Trace link is usually available once the shipment has been created.
Refunded: The order has been refunded. Depending on the situation, the refund may be partial or complete.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled and will not be processed or shipped.
Pickup requested: A pickup request has been submitted. The supplier has been informed that the order should be prepared for collection instead of shipment.
Preparing pickup: The supplier is preparing the order for collection.
Ready for pickup: The order is ready to be collected from the supplier or designated pickup location.
Partially ready for pickup: Only part of the order is currently ready for collection. The remaining items are still being prepared.
