How are shipping costs calculated?

1 min read · Updated 27 Oct 2026

Since Droppery operates in a B2B setup, shipping rates are fixed based on each supplier's own integration and logistics configuration.

Here is how it works in practice:

  • Shipping is calculated per supplier per order — not per individual product.
  • If a customer buys multiple products from the same supplier in one order, the shipping cost is typically based on the total weight or volume of the shipment. It is not a simple multiplication of the single item rate — the supplier applies a combined B2B rate for the full order.
  • The shipping cost shown in Droppery is always additional to the product price — it is never included in the product cost.

You can find the exact shipping rates for each supplier on their supplier page in Droppery, under the Shipping costs section. On Markets, you can check the shipping cost per product via the red truck icon.
