How to ship an order to yourself or pick it up ?

By default, all orders are automatically sent to the supplier with the customer's shipping details. However, in some cases you may prefer to receive the products yourself or have them delivered to your own warehouse instead of dropshipping directly to your customer.

For this, we can activate an additional feature on your account: Ship-to-Self & Pick-Up.

To activate this feature:

Contact us at info@droppery.io to let us know you'd like to use it. We will then enable it in your Droppery account.

Once the feature is activated:

1. Go to the Orders section of your account
2. Click on the specific order
3. You will see a button: "Ship to myself" or "Pickup order"
4. Click the button that suits your situation — it will turn green to confirm your selection
5. The order will then be shipped directly to you, or made available for pickup
