What is the difference between a SKU and an EAN?

A SKU is an internal identifier used to identify a specific product or product variant.
Each individual product or variant should have its own SKU so Droppery can correctly manage stock, orders and product connections.
An EAN is a standardized barcode number used to identify a product internationally.
Droppery can use both SKU and EAN information when identifying and matching products.
