Can I stop a product import that is already running?

Once an import has started

You cannot stop a product import that is already running. Wait until the process is complete. This normally takes only a short time, but may take several minutes.

Imported products are created as drafts (also called concepts) in your webshop. They are not visible to your customers until you publish them.

If you no longer want the product

After the import is complete, you can remove the product from both Droppery and your webshop by managing it in the “Products” section of your Droppery account.
