Can I add my own branding to shipments? (White label & personalisation)

In most cases, dropshipments are shipped directly by the supplier to your end customer. This means packaging, labels and inserts are usually handled by the supplier as part of their own logistics process.

If you would like to fully control branding, packaging or personalisation, you can use the Ship-to-Self feature. With this setup:

• the supplier ships the order to your own address or warehouse first;
• you can add your own branding, packaging or inserts;
• and then forward the order to your customer yourself.

In addition, some suppliers offer white label shipping. In those cases, shipments are sent without visible supplier branding. Personalisation possibilities can differ per supplier and are often related to the operational setup and order volumes/commitment.

• and clicking on “Terms and conditions”.
