If the API connection is temporarily interrupted, the automated sync will pause. This means updates such as stock changes, new orders, or tracking information may not be processed during that time.

Once the connection is restored, the sync will resume.

In the meantime, you can always manage orders manually within Droppery if needed. We also recommend checking your integration or contacting support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
