What happens if I can't fulfill an order ?
If you’re unable to fulfill an order, it’s important to inform the reseller as soon as possible. Since this is a B2B collaboration, you and the reseller should align directly on the next steps — such as cancelling the order, adjusting quantities, or agreeing on an alternative solution.
You can cancel orders via the API or directly in Droppery.
