How to map custom fields?

Custom fields can be added or updated in bulk using a CSV file.

1. Prepare your CSV file

Create a spreadsheet using a European locale/regional setting and include the SKU of each product.

sku_table

Each attribute name defines the custom field, while the corresponding attribute value contains the product-specific information. Examples of custom fields can include: Color Material Dimensions Style Finish Collection

You can use the following template as an example: Template - Custom fields - Template

2. Upload the file to Droppery

Once your file is ready:

  1. Export it as a CSV
  2. Go to Upload Products in your Droppery account
  3. Enable Update existing products
  4. Drag and drop the CSV file
  5. Wait until the upload has been fully processed

Once completed, open one of the affected products from the Products section.

The newly added custom fields should now be visible in the product information.
