- What happens if a product goes out of stock after a reseller has listed it ?When a product goes out of stock, what happens on the reseller's webshop depends on their own settings. They may have configured Droppery to either:

- Can I offer different shipping conditions per country or per reseller ?Yes. You can define different shipping conditions per country directly in your supplier profile. This allows you to tailor your shipping terms to specific markets or regions.
- Do I need to connect multiple warehouses or stock locations ?Not necessarily. This depends on your setup and what you want to share with your resellers.
- How do resellers and their customers receive tracking information ?Tracking information is typically added in your connected data source (API, ERP, webshop, etc.). Droppery automatically retrieves this information and sends it to the reseller’s webshop.

- How does stock synchronization work ?Droppery syncs stock information between your catalog and the resellers' webshops using your product identifiers (SKU)— combined with the API connection based on product ID between your system and Droppery.
- How do I receive and process orders from resellers ?When a reseller's customer places an order, you will be able to see it directly in the **Orders** section of your Droppery account.
- Can I update the status of an order ?Yes. Preferably, order updates are handled via your API/data source.
- How do I find the track & trace information for a specific order ?If you are working via an API or connected data source, tracking information is typically added there and automatically synced back to Droppery. If no data source is connected, you can also add the track & trace information directly in Droppery.
- How to add labels to your supplier profile ?You can add labels to your supplier thumbnail, which is shown on the supplier overview page visible to all resellers on Droppery.
- How does payment work between resellers and suppliers ?Here are several ways to handle payments on Droppery, depending on your preferred setup:
