- Can I work with all the vendors I want?A supplier always retains full control over their business relationships and decides which partners they wish to collaborate with.
- How to upgrade, change or cancel your subscription ?All Droppery subscriptions — both Markets and Selective — are subject to a **notice period of at least 1 month** prior to the renewal date.
- How to work with my own suppliers ?At Droppery, you can only work with suppliers registered on our platform. However, you can send an invitation link to them via the 'invite supplier' menu so that they discover Droppery.
- Why was my connection request not accepted ?Suppliers usually respond to connection requests within **3 working days**. They will either approve or decline your request. In some cases, a supplier may first reach out to you for a brief introduction.
