How to manage shipping costs on your webshop ?

When you sell via dropshipping through Droppery, keep in mind that the supplier always charges their own shipping costs. You can find the shipping costs per supplier in Droppery on their supplier page, under Shipping costs. On Markets, you can find the shipping cost per product via the red truck icon.

You then decide how you want to pass these costs on to your own customers. Here are the main approaches:

• Flat rate shipping — Set a fixed shipping fee for all orders (e.g. €15 per order). Simple and easy to manage.
• Include shipping in the product price — Lower your visible shipping cost by incorporating the supplier's shipping cost directly into the product's retail price.
• Product-specific shipping costs — Set a custom shipping fee per product, based on the supplier's shipping cost table. More accurate but requires more setup.
• Margin-based shipping — Calculate a specific margin and apply it as a shipping cost, allowing you to cover supplier fees while staying competitive.
