How to get your products live as quickly as possible ?

Before importing, we recommend a maximum of 50 to 100 products at a time. Importing too many products at once can slow things down, depending on the hosting capacity of your webshop platform. This is not caused by Droppery, but by the limits of your webshop and server performance.

The smartest way to import at scale

We recommend importing by category. Here's how:

1. Select all products from a single category (e.g. lighting)
2. Import them to your webshop — they will be created as drafts
3. In your webshop, do a bulk category assignment for all newly imported drafts at once

This way, instead of assigning a category to each product one by one, you handle an entire category in a single action — saving you a significant amount of time.

Example: Import all lighting products first → bulk assign them to your "Lighting" category → they go live. Then move on to the next category.
