Getting started with Droppery as a retailer — Complete checklist

New to Droppery? Follow these steps to get your webshop ready.

1. Create your account

Register your webshop and complete the required company information.

2. Connect your webshop

Choose the integration corresponding to your CMS and complete the connection.

3. Complete your account settings

Go to Settings → Basic Information and review your synchronization preferences.

Decide whether Droppery should automatically synchronize:

• Retail prices
• Supplier prices
• Supplier images

4. Choose your products

If you use Markets, browse the Markets catalogue.

If you use Selective, connect with the suppliers you want to work with first.

5. Check shipping conditions

Before selling a product, check the supplier's delivery countries and shipping costs.

Remember that supplier shipping costs are not automatically imported into your webshop.

6. Import your products

For the best results, import approximately 50 to 100 products at a time.

7. Prepare the products in your webshop

Imported products are created as drafts.

Assign them to your webshop categories, review the information and publish them.

8. Receive your first order

Once a customer places and pays for an order, the order is synchronized with Droppery.

The supplier receives the required information and fulfills the order.

9. Follow the shipment

Tracking information is synchronized back to your webshop once it becomes available.

You are now ready to manage your store through Droppery.
